What happens to the alerts created during the subscription if it is canceled?

If you have created more than 2 alerts or recurring alerts during the subscription, all of them will be deactivated, and you will revert to the same benefits and limitations of the free plan.

Is the time zone automatically supported for alerts?

Yes, the time zone is automatically supported for alerts. If you move to a location with a different time zone, simply edit the alert to configure it with the new time zone.

Why did you choose the word 'alert' instead of 'reminder'?

We chose to use the term 'alert' instead of 'reminder' for several reasons. First, the word 'alert' conveys a sense of urgency or immediate attention, which better reflects the purpose of our service: being notified quickly when an event is approaching. On the other hand, 'reminder' suggests a more passive action, like a simple recollection at a given time. However, you can still view an alert as a simple reminder for an event you don't want to miss.

How is your service different from others?

Our service is designed for everyone, making it very easy to use. There are no unnecessary or annoying options or requests—you only need an email address. Once you try it, you’ll love it.

Why didn’t I receive the alert email?

The email was most likely sent to your spam or junk folder. If that’s the case, you should move the email to your inbox and mark it as legitimate so it won’t be considered spam in the future. Despite our efforts to properly configure our sending system, some providers have filtering systems that result in a high rate of false positives.
